NDIZ recognizes that you may share personally identifiable information with NDIZ through its website, and NDIZ respects the privacy of any visitor to this website. NDIZ is committed to only using information collected through this website for the purposes for which it is collected, as expressed or implied when the information is collected. Automatic Information Collection

As with most internet websites, unless you take steps to visit the NDIZ website anonymously, the NDIZ website automatically tracks computer-based web browsing patterns when you log on to the NDIZ website. This is primarily done to assist NDIZ with website analytics to improve its website and web presence to better serve its constituents. The information we collect is based on your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and is not linked to your specific email address in any of the reports or other material compiled by NDIZ. Your IP address is a series of numbers that identifies the location of each computer or network. The information we gather may include, but is not limited to, the browser type, the date and time of the request, average time spent on the website, pages viewed and any inquiries that you may have made. We do not associate your IP address and web usage data with any other information held by NDIZ that can specifically identify you unless required to do so by law.
